| Meet Sarah Mottram | Chief Executive Officer As CEO of Cosmetic Surgery of the Royal Liver Building, Sarah leads the organisation with unwavering focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and strategic growth. With over 20 years’ experience in senior and board-level leadership, she brings a rare combination of healthcare insight, business acumen, and regulatory expertise to her role. She is a fully qualified doctor with a prestigious international Medical Degree (MD), and has completed specialist training in Dermatology. She also holds a Master’s in Clinical Dermatology (MSc) and advanced qualifications in Aesthetic Medicine. Her leadership is further underpinned by several Master’s-level qualifications in Business, Human Resources, and Marketing, completed at LJMU. This multidimensional foundation enables her to operate seamlessly across clinical, operational, and commercial domains, while guiding the strategic and regulatory direction of the organisation. While her role is focused on leadership rather than clinical delivery, Sarah maintains direct oversight of the entire medical division — with the clinical team reporting into her — and is responsible for ensuring that all treatments are delivered safely, ethically, and to the highest possible standards. She provides clear strategic direction while maintaining close alignment with governance, compliance, and CQC regulatory frameworks. Passionate about patient safety, Sarah fosters a culture of transparency, clinical accountability, and excellence in care. Her leadership ensures robust internal governance, policy integrity, and operational resilience across every aspect of the business. |
Meet Dennis Harthern | Director of Governance and Operations |
Dennis is our Director of Governance and Operations and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. He provides senior leadership for governance, risk, and assurance across the organisation, with responsibility for clinical safety, clinical effectiveness, clinical risk management, health and safety, and business continuity.
With more than 35 years of experience across the NHS and HM Forces, Dennis is a Registered Nurse with extensive expertise in governance leadership, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and complex clinical operations. He is a highly experienced governance professional, leading the development of robust systems, oversight frameworks, and assurance processes that strengthen quality and protect patients.
Dennis oversees compliance with Care Quality Commission requirements, Royal College guidance, and national cosmetic surgery standards, and works closely with the wider leadership team to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and high quality care across the organisation.

| Meet Brett Bienias | Managing Director and Registered CQC Manager Brett is our Managing Director with strategic accountability for finance and leadership of the operations team. He has an extensive track record in senior leadership roles and holds qualifications in business, healthcare, and law. Brett combines financial acumen with operational oversight to drive sustainable growth and deliver on our position as the UK’s leading aesthetic clinic. As the registered CQC Manager of our Cosmetic Surgery, Brett is responsible for ensuring full compliance with the Fundamental Standards across all regulated activities, while holding shared legal accountability for the role. His leadership ensures operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and a consistently exceptional client experience. Brett maintains a highly visible presence in the clinic, reinforcing a culture of quality, governance, and service at every level. |
| Meet Will Dixon | Will Dixon — Director of Clinical Services Will Dixon is the Director of Clinical Services at our aesthetics and cosmetic surgery facility in the Royal Liver Building, bringing a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles across a range of sectors. With a strong background in business and operational management, Will plays a pivotal role in driving the clinic’s strategic vision and ensuring an exceptional standard of service delivery across all departments. Passionate about aesthetic medicine and cosmetic surgery, Will combines commercial insight with a deep respect for clinical excellence. He leads the wider clinic team with clarity, focus, and a patient-first ethos, working closely with medical staff to maintain seamless operations and outstanding patient experiences. As Clinic Manager, Will also oversees the clinical team, ensuring high standards in care, compliance, and day-to-day coordination. |
| Meet Kelly Ann Devonport | Kelly Ann Devonport — Clinic and HR Manager Kelly Ann Devonport is the Clinic and HR Manager at Cosmetic Surgery of the Royal Liver Building, leading operational delivery, workforce strategy, and patient experience within a highly regulated surgical setting. With senior leadership experience across international organisations, including Global HR Director level roles, she brings strong commercial judgement, confident governance led decision making, and deep expertise in complex employee relations, change programmes, and culture building. Kelly Ann also has hands on clinic management experience in aesthetics and skin health, enabling her to align clinical standards, team performance, and brand excellence into a consistently premium patient journey. |

Renowned for his precision, discretion, and consistently exceptional outcomes, Dr Nazir holds the most senior clinical role beneath the CEO and is deeply involved in maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and innovation across the practice. Her advanced skills in dermoscopy and her specialist interest in aesthetic laser technology place her at the forefront of modern cosmetic medicine — blending clinical precision with cutting-edge innovation. As Surgical Lead for Cosmetic Surgery of the Royal Liver Building, Dr Kathryn holds a critical leadership role within our regulated service. She is responsible for overseeing the surgical pathway across all procedures, ensuring every aspect of care — from consultation to outcome — meets the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance. Her deep surgical expertise and meticulous attention to detail make her exceptionally qualified for this position. Dr Kathryn’s leadership inspires total confidence — both within our medical team and among the patients she cares for.
